WIRELESS WATER SENSORS
Place the sensors anywhere you want to detect leaks:
behind toilets, under sinks, washing machines, dishwashers, refrigerators, hot water heaters, etc.
When a sensor detects water underneath it, it will sound an audible alarm, send a message directly to you through the app, and turn off water to the home.
VALVE CONTROLLER
When a leak is detected, the valve controller receives a signal from the water sensor and closes the water valve. The valve controller then reports to the hub that the valve has closed.
THE HUB
Receives signals from water sensors and other system components. Reports system status to app and sends email notifications of system activity.
WATER SHUT-OFF VALVE
The valve controls water coming into the house. It receives signals to open or close either via the water sensors or the app, but has a manual override option in case of power failure.
INSTEON APP
The app allows you to monitor and control the system from anywhere in the world with internet access. From the app, you can identify the source of a leak in your home and shut off or restore water to your home.

HOW our system WORKS
Wireless water sensors are placed on the ground at every water source throughout the home. The sensors are linked to a master water valve that controls the flow of water into the home.
When the water sensors come into contact with water, an audible siren is sounded, the valve shuts off water to the home, and a notification is sent to your mobile device along with an email.
After assessing the leak and turning off water at the specific source of the leak, the homeowner can decide to turn the water back on via the app or seek the appropriate course of action to fix the leak.
You don't have to be home to protect your home.
